4. Service Inquiries
When you submit a contact form or request information from us, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
Submitting a form does not create a binding service agreement. A project or service relationship begins only when we both agree to the project scope, pricing, timeline, payment terms, and deliverables.
5. Service Proposals and Project Scope
Any proposal, quote, package, or project estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time.
The final scope of work may include details such as:
- Service type
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Pricing
- Payment schedule
- Revision terms
- Client responsibilities
- Project requirements
- Any additional custom terms agreed in writing
If project requirements change after work begins, additional fees or timeline adjustments may apply.
6. Pricing
Prices listed on our website, if any, are starting prices or general package prices unless stated otherwise.
Final pricing may vary depending on project complexity, length, style, timeline, revisions, custom requirements, integrations, and scope of work.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect projects that have already been agreed to and paid for, unless the project scope changes.
7. Payments
Payments for Pixel Nova Media LLC services may be processed through Stripe or another approved payment method.
Stripe is a secure third-party payment platform used by many modern online businesses. We do not store your full credit card details or payment card information on our website. Payment information is handled directly by Stripe according to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policies.
By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.
A project may not begin, continue, or be delivered until the required payment or deposit has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Project Timelines
Any timelines or delivery estimates are approximate unless specifically agreed in writing.
Project timelines may change if the client delays feedback, approvals, payments, materials, access, required information, or other project-related input.
Pixel Nova Media LLC is not responsible for delays caused by late client responses, incomplete materials, third-party platforms, technical issues, or changes in project scope.
9. Client Responsibilities
To complete a project successfully, clients may be required to provide information, feedback, files, brand materials, approvals, account access, or other project-related input.
You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide to us, such as logos, images, scripts, text, brand assets, videos, audio, or other content, are either owned by you or properly licensed for use.
You are responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within a reasonable time.
If you approve a deliverable, later changes may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees.
10. Revisions and Changes
Reasonable revisions may be included according to the agreed project scope.
Revisions must relate to the original agreed scope of work. Requests that introduce new concepts, new directions, new features, new scenes, new scripts, major structural changes, or additional deliverables may be treated as additional work.
Additional work may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our services involve custom creative and digital work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, we may provide reasonable revisions according to the agreed project scope.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has started, Pixel Nova Media LLC may retain payments already made to cover time, planning, creative work, production, administrative work, software costs, third-party costs, and other expenses.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pixel Nova Media LLC retains ownership of concepts, drafts, templates, internal processes, project files, source files, design systems, working files, strategy documents, prompts, automation structures, and other internal materials created during the production process.
After full payment has been received, the client may receive the agreed final deliverables and the right to use them for their intended business purpose.
Source files, editable project files, raw files, project templates, internal prompts, backend workflows, or working files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
13. Client Materials
You retain ownership of materials you provide to Pixel Nova Media LLC, such as logos, brand assets, written content, images, videos, or other materials.
By providing those materials, you grant us permission to use them as needed to complete the project.
You confirm that you have the legal right to provide and use those materials.
14. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Pixel Nova Media LLC may display completed work, project previews, screenshots, animations, videos, website previews, interface previews, or general project descriptions in our portfolio, website, social media, proposals, presentations, or marketing materials.
